The format of the individual reports was changed beginning with the August 11th reports. Many individual reports had grown too long to be feasible for printing. The new format splits the various reports into separate pages to facilitate printing. The report on PAC contributions was expanded to include both Political Action Committee (PAC) and Committee of Continuous Existence (CCE) special interest contributions.

The Buyer's Guide to Committee Contributions to Candidates was added in August 2000. It reports contributions from all committees on file with the State of Florida Division of Elections to each of the candidates analyzed by the Buyers Guide. This report was added to help identify the PAC and CCE contributions that were not always clearly identified by all the candidates. It also serves as a cross-reference for reporting of these contributions by the candidates. Several discrepancies have appeared. See if you can find the contributions the committees say they have made to candidates which do not appear in those candidates' contribution reports! Note that the committee report does not include committees that are registered in another state or that are registered with a local county in Florida. It covers only those committees registered with the State of Florida.
